By purchasing or accepting a ticket to any O&S Entertainment event, you agree to these Ticket Purchase Terms in addition to our Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy.

Tickets should be purchased only through O&S Entertainment or our authorized ticketing partner(s). We cannot guarantee the validity of tickets obtained through unauthorized sellers or third-party resale websites.

Unless otherwise required by law or expressly stated by O&S Entertainment or the authorized ticketing provider, all ticket sales are final.  Tickets are generally non-refundable, non-exchangeable, and non-transferable.

O&S Entertainment reserves the right to:

• Change event times or schedules.
• Substitute artists or performers when necessary.
• Modify seating arrangements.
• Change the venue within the same metropolitan area if circumstances require.
• Postpone or cancel an event due to weather, public safety concerns, artist illness, venue issues, government action, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

If an event is cancelled and not rescheduled, refunds, if any, will be handled according to the policies of the authorized ticketing provider.

Reserved seating is subject to availability at the time of purchase.

O&S Entertainment reserves the right to relocate ticket holders to comparable seating if operational needs require.

A valid ticket is required for entry.

Each attendee must present a valid ticket for admission.

Lost, stolen, altered, duplicated, or counterfeit tickets may be refused without refund.

Tickets may not be used for advertising, promotions, contests, or commercial purposes without the prior written consent of O&S Entertainment.

Unauthorized resale may result in cancellation of the ticket without compensation.

By attending an event, you acknowledge that photographs, video recordings, livestreams, and audio recordings may occur.

You grant O&S Entertainment the irrevocable right to use your likeness, voice, and image for promotional, advertising, archival, broadcast, and marketing purposes without compensation.

Attendance at live events involves certain inherent risks.

By attending, you voluntarily assume all risks associated with attendance, including injury, illness, property loss, or other incidents occurring before, during, or after the event.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, O&S Entertainment shall not be liable for lost, stolen, or damaged personal property or for injuries except as required by applicable law.
